- Custom Coordination Fee$3,995
This flat rate fee covers all pre-wedding planning and day-of coordination, as well as everything you see below.
- Initial consultations to understand your vision, style, budget, and priorities
- Venue recommendations & bookings (ceremony and reception)
- Mindful of your budget
- Vendor sourcing, referrals, and booking (photographer, caterer, florist, entertainment, etc.)
- Design and styling support (theme, color palette, mood boards, rentals, décor concepts, etc.)
- Timeline creation for the planning process and wedding weekend
- Quick responses to emails & phone calls
- Shared online planning tools to track your progress and keep your “to do” list handy
- Option to mail items to our office, with delivery to your hotel or villa if needed (welcome bag items, place cards, favors, etc)
- Custom wedding day timeline
- Layout planning (seating charts, table settings, floor plans)
- Transportation coordination (guests, bridal party, etc.)
- Permit help, if needed
- Assistance with marriage license filing
- Guest experience planning (welcome bags, group excursions, travel help)
- Airport concierge service (greeting you at the airport & taking you to your accommodations)
- Delivery of any packages mailed in advance of your arrival
- Final walk-through at the venue(s)
- Rehearsal coordination
- On-site coordination on the wedding day (typically 6–8 hours)
- Vendor communication and management
- Setup and breakdown oversight
- Backup plans in case of emergencies
- Point of contact for everyone (so you don’t have to answer a single question!)
- Timeline and flow management to keep the day stress-free and seamless
- Two certified copies of your license mailed to you within 30 days
