I’ve been meaning to tell you all about this for awhile now but with vacation last month and getting back into the groove of things, it kept slipping on my to do list. Our friends at St John Catering reached out to let me know about their new venue: Windy Level. Here are some photos of this adorable space:

What you need to know about St. John Catering is their attention to food. We have all kinds of brides…some just want to feed their guests and don’t really care too much what it is…other are “foodies” and want to make sure the food is amazing, not your standard “wedding food”. If you fall into the later category, St. John Catering is the way to go. Not only do they grow a lot of their own vegetables on site (this is SUPER rare in the islands!) but check out their gorgeous plates!

Just check out the description of their Tom Ka Ped Thai dish:

For the soup course, we did a twist on the traditional Thai Coconut dish. Our version contained Duck Confit Dumplings, a trio of vegetables (Pearl Onion, Shiitake, Roasted Pepper), and fresh Lime Leaf from Chef Jeh’s garden.  We took some of the banana leaves from our garden, used them as covers, and added a touch of smoke to our version.

YUM!

Check back with us soon as we will be building a new all-inclusive package for this venue. Can’t wait? Email me (Janelle@islandblissweddings.com) now!
